Business Analysis

I am currently looking for opportunities as a Business Analyst, where I can apply my experience in IT consulting, facilitation/training and conflict mediation to bridge stakeholders and technical teams.

My focus: requirements-gathering meetings, clear documentation, functional prototypes powered by AI, and functional and end-to-end testing

Civil and Commercial Conflict Mediation

Conflict is part of any relationship — between partners, neighbours, family members, clients and suppliers. What is not always needed is a courtroom to resolve it.

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and fast process in which an impartial third party — the mediator — helps you find a solution that works for both sides. No winners or losers. With respect, dialogue, and a focus on what truly matters.

How it works

  • Initial contact — we discuss the conflict, with no commitment, to see whether mediation is suitable.
  • Mediation sessions — we meet (in person at Cowork iogo in Sintra, or online) to identify interests, clarify positions and generate options for agreement.
  • Agreement — if you reach a solution, we formalise it in writing. If not, each party goes their own way with no further obligation.

When it can help

  • Conflicts between partners or shareholders of a company.
  • Breaches of commercial contracts (service provision, supply, partnerships).
  • Neighbourhood disputes (noise, property boundaries, condominiums).
  • Consumer disputes (between businesses and clients).

Why choose mediation?

  • Faster — resolved in weeks, not years.
  • Cheaper — far lower costs than court proceedings.
  • Confidential — what is said in sessions cannot be used in court.
  • Preserves relationships — unlike litigation, mediation does not burn bridges.
  • You decide — the solution is yours, not imposed by a judge.
